Rebecca W. Lambert, M.D. is a Board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon.
She grew up in Massachusetts and attended college at Harvard University. She worked for two years at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute before attending medical school at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.
She completed an Internal Medicine Internship at St Vincents Hospital in New York’s Greenwich Village before starting her residency in dermatology at Cornell University’s New York Hospital and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, where she served as chief resident. During a postresidency fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania, she removed more than one thousand skin cancers using the Mohs surgery technique.
Jonathan E. Sonne, M.D. is fellowship trained and board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
He is one of a small group of surgeons that has achieved Dual Board Certification in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as Head and Neck Surgery.
Dr. Sonne grew up in Connecticut and attended Oberlin College. He attended medical school at New York Medical College where he was the president of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Sonne went on to an internship in General Surgery at St. Vincents Hospital in Manhattan and continued his surgical subspecialty training at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary.
Kathryn J. Russell, M.D. is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon.
She grew up in Sarasota, Florida and graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, with cum laude honors. She received her medical degree from the University of Florida’s College of Medicine and completed an internship in Internal Medicine from the University of California San Diego. She received her dermatology training at New York Medical College in New York City, where she was honored to serve as chief resident. She completed her postresidency fellowship training in Mohs and Procedural Dermatology from the Skin Institute of South Florida. During this time, she performed or assisted in approximately 1,500 Mohs cases with a wide range of complexity.
Stephen H. Ducatman, M.D. is a board-certified dermatologist and has been in practice for thirty years. Dr. Ducatman specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the skin, hair and nails as well as cutaneous surgery.
Originally from New Jersey, he graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor of Arts in Geology, with cum laude honors. He received his medical degree from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, NY. He completed an internship and residency in Internal Medicine from Roger Williams General Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island, before completing his dermatology training at the University of Miami, Jackson Memorial Hospital.
In addition to practicing dermatology, Dr. Ducatman served as an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine/Dermatology at the UCLA School of Medicine in Los Angeles from 1985-2004, and was voted Teacher of the Year five times during his tenure. He has a passion for teaching, amateur geology, bird watching, golfing, and is the proud owner of twin Cavalier King Charles spaniels and a beaming grandfather to his grandson, Jack. He speaks some Spanish (with a New Jersey accent).
Craig J. Eichler, M.D. is a board-certified dermatologist and has been in practice since 1993. Dr. Eichler specializes in general dermatology and dermatologic surgery.
Dr. Eichler graduated as valedictorian from Boca Raton Community High School. After completing his undergraduate studies at Emory University, he received his medical degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville. He completed an internship in Internal Medicine from the University of Florida, before receiving his dermatology training at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas.
Dr. Eichler is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the Florida Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, Noah Worchester Dermatological Society, and the Collier & Lee County Medical Societies. He volunteers at the Neighborhood Health Clinic where he also serves on the board of directors since 2013.
Dr. Eichler is a past president of the Florida Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery (2005) and honored as the Florida Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery Practitioner of the Year Award in 2012. He also was voted “Best Doctors of South Florida” in Miami Metro Magazine in October 1998, “Americas Top Doctors” and “How to Find the Best Doctors: Florida” by Castle Connolly Medical LTD in 2000 and 2002-2014.
Dr. Hedy G. Setyadi
Hedy G. Setyadi, M.D. is a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology for patients of all ages and skin types.
She received her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She worked as a chemical engineer and an information technology project manager prior to discovering her true calling and passion in the medical profession. She finished medical school and an Internal Medicine internship at Baylor College of Medicine. She subsequently completed her Dermatology residency training at Henry Ford Health System in the Detroit metro area in Michigan.
She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, trying new cuisines, and photography. She is fluent in Indonesian.
Dr. Frances M. Hernandez
Frances M. Hernandez, M.D. is a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in diseases of the skin, hair and nails.
Her professional interests also include cosmetic dermatology with an emphasis on prevention of premature aging and skin discoloration. She received her undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of Puerto Rico, graduating magna cum laude from both and finishing in the top ten of her medical class. She completed residencies in both Internal Medicine and Dermatology at the University of Puerto Rico, where she served as Chief Resident and later joined the faculty as Assistant Professor.
She is a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Dermatology. She was in private practice in Puerto Rico before joining The Woodruff Institute. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Lianne Martin, PA-C
Lianne is a nationally certified Physician Assistant who has been specializing in medical and cosmetic Dermatology since 2010.
She was born and raised in Naples, Florida. Lianne attended the University of Florida for undergrad, where she was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society and named an Anderson scholar. Lianne went on to graduate from the University of Florida’s School of Physician Assistant Studies. During this time she trained at the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, Shands Hospital in Gainesville, and Tampa General Hospital. Lianne quickly realized her passion for dermatology and focused her training with clinical rotations in cutaneous melanoma surgery and plastic surgery. Since graduating, Lianne has continued her love of learning and dermatology with continuing education through the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She was named a Society of Dermatology Physician Assistant Diplomate in 2011.
Lianne is a member of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physicians Assistants, the Florida Society of Dermatology Assistants, and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
In her spare time, Lianne enjoys running, travel, University of Florida football, and writing. She recently completed her third marathon and is a published fitness writer.
Nicole Habib, PA-C
Nicole is proud to be practicing in Naples, Florida and is committed to providing the highest quality of skin care to her patients.
She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She then relocated to Fort Lauderdale, FL where she earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Nova Southeastern University. During the clinical rotation portion of her education, Nicole gained extensive training in Dermatology where she quickly realized her love for both Medical and Cosmetic Dermatology.
Nicole has practiced and specialized in both Medical and Cosmetic Dermatology in Miami and West Palm Beach, and currently welcomes both adult and pediatric patients with general dermatological conditions. She performs full skin examinations and treats various general dermatologic conditions including skin cancers, acne, rosacea, dermatitis,eczema, psoriasis and warts. Nicole also enjoys the cosmetic aspect of Dermatology and loves to utilize her skills in Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and laser services, to help her patients achieve a comprehensive approach to facial rejuvenation.

Nicole was originally born and raised in London, Ontario Canada. She loves to travel, especially to areas that provide her the opportunity to speak her first language, French. She has traveled throughout Europe and the Mediterranean, and had the pleasure of hiking the Inca Trail in Peru. She was a proud second soprano in the Amabile choir where she helped them earn a gold medal in the Choir Olympiad in Linz, Austria. She enjoys playing the piano and violin in her spare time. She is currently learning how to play the acoustic guitar and welcomes any and all tips.
Sarah M. Schloss, PA-C
Sarah is a nationally certified Physician Assistant who has been specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology since 2007.
She obtained her Master’s of Medical Science at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Sarah graduated from the University of Virginia with her Bachelor’s in Arts and Science, majoring in Psychology with a minor in American Politics. Sarah is trained in the diagnosis and treatment of adult and pediatric dermatology disorders. She is certified and trained to perform both cosmetic and medical laser procedures. Sarah also enjoys using her skills to inject botox, dysport and dermal fillers to achieve facial rejuvenation.

Sarah previously lived and worked in Jupiter, FL but has spent the last three years enjoying city life in Washington, DC. She is happy to be back in the sunshine state. Debbie A. Wallace, PA-C
Debbie A. Wallace is a nationally certified Physician Assistant with extensive practice experience in Dermatology and Neurosurgery. She attended the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX where she obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 1999.
Debbie trained and has provided patient care alongside board-certified dermatologists since 2006. Her reputation for thorough and accurate skin care examinations is renowned. She enjoys providing patient care in all aspects of medical and cosmetic dermatology for adult patients. She is a certified hand injector with Radiesse.
Previously, Debbie lived in Tampa where she worked for the University of South Florida and Moffitt Cancer Center specializing in cancer of the Head and Neck. She also worked in the field of Neurosurgery, and had extensive training in medical and surgical oncology at MD Anderson Center in Houston, TX.
Debbie has previously served as a legislative liason for the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, conferring with congressmen and senators to refine and propose new laws for practicing Florida physician assistants. She has current professional affiliations with the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She is also a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and has achieved Diplomate status in 2012, which is a nationally recognized title reflecting her utmost dedication to the dermatology profession.
Personally, Debbie’s life-long hobby has been scuba diving and underwater photography. She has been diving all over the world, including remote locations such as Maldives, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Egypt in the Red Sea.
Amy Buzzell, Aesthetician
Amy started her career as an Aesthetician in 2003 after earning her Aesthetics license from the Florida Academy of Massage and Skincare.
Over the past 11 years Amy has worked in the Spa Industry and has chosen to expand her career into medical aesthetics with The Woodruff Institute.
Amy is specially educated and trained in many aspects of skincare including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, product knowledge and more. As an accomplished Makeup Artist and freelance event artist with Jane Iredale mineral cosmetics, Amy has experience with every day, fashion and wedding makeup as well as medical camouflaging.
Amy’s passion for skin, health and wellness has transformed her into the Aesthetician she is today. Amy loves to give each patient a unique personalized experience with reparative results suited to your specific needs! She uses highly effective treatments along with massage techniques designed to release the muscles giving you an experience that will leave you feeling deeply relaxed and restored with brighter, healthier skin!
In her spare time Amy enjoys being a mother to her two girls, cooking and working out at the gym.

Sharon Panella, licensed aesthetician, has over twenty years of experience in the field of medical grade aesthetic treatments and over ten years teaching experience.

Jennifer Calvert is a credentialed dermatology technician and has worked in the field of dermatology for the past 6 years. Jennifer joined The Woodruff Institute in May of 2015 with an extensive background in dermatology, skin cancer surgery, and patient care. Her passion is to give patients high quality care and make them feel comfortable and confident with her ability to help them achieve their desired results. Her smile and positive attitude are infectious and help put her patients at ease.

She started her career in dermatology in 2012, and joined The Woodruff Institute with an extensive background in aesthetics, retail, and customer service. She offers customized JuVaShape treatment plans tailored to her patient’s specific needs and goals and is passionate about giving her patients the best care possible. With her extensive product knowledge, Martha is able to recommend effective at-home regimens to help her patients maintain desired results after their JuVashape treatments.
Martha located to southwest Florida in 2000 and enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs.

Kerin’s passion for dermatology and helping people look and feel their best made her the perfect candidate for The Woodruff Institute to train as one of our first JuVaShape technicians. Kerin underwent intensive training with Alma Lasers to earn her certification as a JuVaShape technician and since she has enjoyed helping her clients achieve a more beautiful, youthful and even-toned appearance. “I love my clients reactions after reviewing their before and after photos!”
